MSc Kick-off Programme

The MSc Kick-off Programme welcomes all new BK students—including Geomatics, exchange, bridging, and students from other Dutch universities—to TU Delft with a two-day introduction focused on community, culture, and getting practical. Expect optional Brightspace Q&A (14:30) and an official welcome by the vice-Dean, Education & Student Affairs, and the International Office, followed by an intercultural communication workshop from the TU Delft Career Centre. You’ll also meet academic counsellors, the Faculty Student Council, and student associations GEOS, with informal drinks at Bouwpub to round off the day.
For Geomatics specifically, the second day begins at Echo (doors 09:30) with a faculty welcome, EDI introduction, and a lecture on interculturality in BK education. After lunch, you’ll split into track sessions—MSc Geomatics meets in Room U—for a workshop and a “meet & greet” with the Dean.
Note: the programme may be updated until Thursday, 28 August—check the website right before attending.
